Maybe as a kid you had fun walking or hiking with a compass to tell you in which direction you were traveling because, almost magically, the needle always pointed north!
As adults we still want to know where we're headed, although now it's a different kind of direction. This compass still makes it fun; with its old-world design it's easy to imagine sailors and explorers from centuries ago navigating uncharted places.
At its heart is a decorative 'rose' or star to mark off the four cardinal points - North, South, East, and West – as well as the four points in between.
The center of the rose is embellished with a small disk of abalone shell to give it an opalescent glow when it catches the light.
A fun-to-wear and eye-catching necklace to help you navigate your way to new adventures.
