A rustic sheaf of curving twigs is bound at their center with bronze-colored crafting wire. The wire is looped both above (for a hanger) and below, from which dangle randomly three simple tapered bells on dark red cords. The cords, which are knotted and tied with thinner matching crafting wire, are left untrimmed.
The color red is often used to enhance something's properties, in this case the cleansing power of the bell.
Because these twigs curve a little in all directions, including backward, this bell should be hung either from above or on a very long nail.
Our bells, windchimes, sun-catchers and wall hangings are handmade in our studio in Garden Grove, California. They are crafted from a variety of materials - both natural and manmade - including charms, amulets, and talismans associated with protection, energy-cleansing, luck, serenity and other spiritual benefits. We also incorporate pre-owned/loved and recycled elements when they're available. We try to blend all these elements together in a way that is organic and entirely human.
