Dang. As a guy I find it sometimes difficult to hook this or any necklace. Bless all the woman who don't think twice about it with your nimble fingers. Not so easy for me. Nonetheless, once clasped I find this magnificent to view in a mirror. And it doesn't matter which finger I attempt to use to clasp, this necklace is reversible! That's right. The front is the back and visa versa. Love it.

I had ordered this product and quickly wrote to make a special request. I not only received the product less than a month later, but was in constant communication with Norma. Once we agreed on how to make what I was looking for it was in the mail less than a week later. The piece came in the mail quickly and exactly how we had discussed. 10/10 service and responsiveness.
