Hamsa Evil Eye Wall Hanging

This silvery hamsa is decorated with cut-out vines, red-enameled flowers, and white-enameled leaves.

In its palm is a large oval-shaped evil eye of dark blue blown glass, and above the eye is a smaller hamsa of a matching blue color, also with an evil eye. The larger hamsa is pointed up, as protection against 'ayin hara', or worldly suffering and evil. The smaller one is pointed down, which is intended to bring blessings as well.

The hamsa hangs from a decorative shield-like medallion with a smaller blown glass evil eye at its center.
