A pentacle in place of a full moon makes for a natural variation on the traditional triple moon symbol. The pentacle is cut-out and is flanked by two crescent moons, one waxing the other waning.

The triple moon symbol is not curved with the band but rather stays straight so that the crescent moons wind up sitting noticeably outward from the band, giving the ring a little bit more of a three-dimensional look.
