The moon's everchanging nature is depicted in nine phases along the front half of this cute ring, laid out in a long line, waxing then waning, with the full moon at the center of the sequence.
The moons are all slightly raised with a polished finish, standing out against a recessed background that is both oxidized to a darker color and subtly textured. The progression of moons is framed in a border that tapers down at its rounded ends to a thinner band.
* Even though this is an adjustable ring, please be aware that sterling silver is not a material that can be bent very many times before it breaks.
