Natural translucent ammonite fossils are sliced in half and polished to bring out their natural beauty and intricate details. Each fossil is wrapped with swirls of elegant square wire and delicate round wire for a nice contrast of textures. Light fossils are a tan color and dark fossils are dark brown. These pendants are wire-wrapped by hand and no two pendants are alike.
Ammonites are ancient fossils believed to carry the energy of evolution, growth, and transformation. Their spiral shape symbolizes continuous change and the interconnectedness of life. They are thought to bring stability, protection, and grounding energy, helping to release negative emotions and foster harmony. They are also associated with abundance and are said to draw prosperity and good luck to those who wear or work with them.
About Copper: Please note that copper wire naturally darkens over time (we will include cleaning instructions if you like that bright penny look). Also, when worn directly against skin, copper can react with your sweat to form a green layer of copper carbonate. This chemical reaction is not harmful, but if it bothers you, we recommend only wearing the pendant on top of clothing.
