This is a lovely necklace. The picture of the mannequin is very misleading as the actual charm is very small.
I'm sorry that it was smaller than you thought. I know that it's hard to buy things online for that reason - it's hard not to be able to see it in person first. We do try to help people understand the size of the pendants by putting the measurements in the description and also showing it on our mannequin, which is a standard size mannequin, but we know sometimes even this isn't enough.
In the future, we'll by looking into other ways to see how we can make the size of our pendants clearer.
