This cut-out double-knot ring design does a nice job of merging the band with the knot. On each side, the band splits in two to weave its way to the center of the ring where it abruptly turns outward to the top and bottom at a sharp angle before joining up again nearer the band.
The cut-out technique emphasizes the ins and outs of the Celtic 'endless knot'.
* Even though this is an adjustable ring, please be aware that sterling silver is not a material that can be bent very many times before it breaks. To avoid damage to your ring, adjust it to your toe or finger just once so that it can be slipped on and off without bending it, like a fixed size ring. And do not lend it out to anyone else with a different finger size as this usually results in even more bending.
