An outline of tiny sparkling CZ simulated diamonds gives this evil eye an unusually elegant touch. Adding to the effect are three larger CZ diamonds, one round and two teardrop-shaped, casually arranged at a distance around the eye.
The eye itself is kind of a 'reverse' eye: The part that's usually white (the sclera) is here a deep dark blue instead, and the part that defines your eye color (iris) is white.
