The actual pennant itself is a nice size and very detailed - the same is not true with the chain I purchased to accompany it. The chain was of low quality and was actually discoloring within the first week of use. It also tangles extremely easily. I finished up just buying another chain and throwing this one away. Very disappointing - need better selection of high-quality chains.

I'm sorry that you weren't happy with the chain. I don't know why it would discolor because it is solid sterling silver, of course it was also oxidized to match the finish of your pendant, so perhaps something happened to the oxidation. I've not had anyone else send me a message about that, but I'm curious to know what might have happened.
I know you said you threw it away, but might it still be in your garbage somewhere? I'd like to see it so I can investigate what happened to it. If you still have it, please let me know - you can still send it back for a full refund.

It's sometimes difficult to envision the REAL thing from what is presented on the internet. However, I was very pleased upon opening the beautifully wrapped necklace. Purchased a second for my girlfriend and she will be in awe when she gets it. Thanks and I plan on using the discount on my next purchase.

This beautiful Tree of Life necklace is even prettier in person. The quality is way above average for the affordability of it. I wore it both with distressed jeans, a leather belt, a white t-shirt and Converse All-Stars and also with a LBD for a dinner date. I got so many compliments on both occasions and it really looks great with both. I will most assuredly be recommending this company and shopping here more!
