This suncatcher sparkles with an assortment of shapes and sizes with both clear or shiny materials to catch and reflect sunlight: colored glass beads, colored glass, a selenite bar, and charms and tiny bells of silvery metal randomly arranged in five dangling strands. The colored glass and selenite are casually 'wrapped' in shiny and colorful wire. By contrast, a short length of rustic tree branch with grey bark and broken-off ends is used to hang the jewel-like collection, which is hung from the branch with thin steel wire. The branch, in turn, hangs from an inverted 'V' strand of tiny black beads.
This suncatcher, like our bells, was handmade in our studio in Garden Grove, California. They are are created from a variety of natural materials and readymade celestial charms and talismans associated with protection, luck, and spiritual benefits. We blend these elements together in a way that is organic and entirely human. We hope you enjoy them and all their imperfections, which we think gives them a casual and rustic character.
We make these bells and suncatchers without a specific use in mind; they're made to be used as you see fit - hung on doors or next to windows for protection, to clear negative energies around your altar, or as a useful tool in your witchcraft.
