Product Questions

Q. What is the metal content of your jewelry?
A. All of our jewelry is made of solid sterling silver (92.5% pure silver).

The only exceptions to this rule are our wire-wrapped tree of life gemstone necklaces and the 'Mercury Man' necklace, which Ken wanted to have produced in white brass and stainless steel.

The metal content for each of our jewelry pieces is clearly listed at the top of each product page, just under the title.

Q. Can I get a chain that is longer than 18 inches?
A. Sure! We do have 20 inch chains available - just ask us. At this time, we only have 20 inch chains in our basic anchor chain style.

Q. Can I get a different quote card than what is shown in the listing?
A. Sure! Just tell us which quote card you'd like and we'll do our best to help you out.


Shipping Questions

Q. How much does USA shipping cost?
A. Standard shipping via First Class Mail is always free to the USA. Need it faster? We also offer Priority Mail and Express Mail service at an additional cost.

Q. How much does international shipping cost?
A.
 Standard shipping via USPS First Class International Mail is as follows:

  • Canada: $9.99
  • All other countries: $14.99

We also offer Express Mail International at an additional cost.

Q. How long will shipping take?
A.
We are generally able to ship out your order within 24 hours or less (except for Sundays and holidays).

After your order is shipped, delivery time will vary depending on the service your choose - First Class Mail takes about 3-4 days, Priority Mail takes 1-3 days, and Express Mail has overnight delivery to most locations. For Express Mail, please give us your zip code and we can tell you the Post Office's guaranteed arrival time.

International orders can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive, depending on the location and service chosen.

 

Return/Exchange Questions

Q. How do I return an item?
A. We want you to be a happy customer! We accept returns within 180 days. Please contact us and we'll send you a pre-paid return shipping label. At this time, free return service is available for USA orders only. 

Please make sure to contact us here, so that we can create a return shipping label for you. Skipping this step may cause your return to be delayed.

Q. Can I exchange an item?
A.
Yes, we welcome exchanges! Simply include a note in your package indicating which item(s) you would like in exchange for the returned item. Once we receive your package, we will apply a credit to your account equal to the item price. Then, we will make any necessary adjustments to the new invoice.

Q. When will I get my refund?
A.
Once we receive your package, we will be able to process the refund in 2-3 business days.

Q. What if I still have a question?

Please send us a question using our contact form. Using the contact form usually gets the quickest response, but feel free to call us. Our phone number is 714-227-3020. We are a small business run by a husband and wife and are sometimes quite busy wrapping orders, photographing items or making jewelry, but we'll try our best to return your call as soon as we can.

Please kindly leave a message if we are unable to take your call so we can call you back. We are generally in the office every day of the week, except for Tuesdays and Wednesdays. On our working days you will usually receive a response to your question within 24 hours. Orders ship every day of the week except Sundays and holidays.
