The actual pennant itself is a nice size and very detailed - the same is not true with the chain I purchased to accompany it. The chain was of low quality and was actually discoloring within the first week of use. It also tangles extremely easily. I finished up just buying another chain and throwing this one away. Very disappointing - need better selection of high-quality chains.

I'm sorry that you weren't happy with the chain. I don't know why it would discolor because it is solid sterling silver, of course it was also oxidized to match the finish of your pendant, so perhaps something happened to the oxidation. I've not had anyone else send me a message about that, but I'm curious to know what might have happened.
I know you said you threw it away, but might it still be in your garbage somewhere? I'd like to see it so I can investigate what happened to it. If you still have it, please let me know - you can still send it back for a full refund.

This beautiful Tree of Life necklace is even prettier in person. The quality is way above average for the affordability of it. I wore it both with distressed jeans, a leather belt, a white t-shirt and Converse All-Stars and also with a LBD for a dinner date. This is beautiful. I have been looking for a pendant for a very long time. For over a year I kept searching for all three icons. Moon, raven and pentagram included in it. My Mother-in-Law lost her Husband a few years ago and keeps finding like white feathers in strange places. She tells me they are from her late Husband. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with woot&hammy! I found this beautiful pendant because I was looking for a necklace to honor the baby I recently lost to miscarriage. My husband and I feel this baby will always be an important part of our family, and this necklace will allow Angel to be represented in our family photos.
