A three-bladed dagger takes on a strong cruciform shape when its handle is magnified and embellished: The cross guard (the horizontal part) is extended well beyond its usual length and then accented at each end with crown-like ornaments. The grip of the dagger (the vertical part above the cross guard) is given a similar treatment, and the intersection of the two is detailed with a tiny squarish cross to reinforce the overall theme.

The pendant is very three-dimensional like a miniature sculpture and the crown ornaments give it a regal, ceremonial look.
