Five small glass evil eyes are wired to a small flat piece of driftwood, from which three simple bells hang. The driftwood in turn hangs from a wire trapeze that is wrapped in curling wire to give it the look of a wild vine. A small charm in the shape of a four-cornered Celtic knot hangs in the center of the trapeze and the entire bell is hung from a small 'wreath', also made of matching wrapped wire.
About our bells and wall hangings: Each is handmade in our studio in Garden Grove, California. When we make them we try to bring together a variety of readymade ornaments, raw materials, and natural objects in a way that is organic and entirely human. We hope you enjoy them and all their imperfections, which we think gives them a casual and rustic character.
We make these bells without a specific use in mind; they're made to be used as you see fit - hung on doors or next to windows for protection, to clear negative energies around your altar, or as a useful tool in your witchcraft.
