This is a handsome rendition of the Tetragrammaton that is truer to the original symbol, which consisted mainly of the pentagram and the Hebrew word for God. It's fairly simple, with fewer of the many names, numbers and symbols that have been added to it over the years. 

It's also a solid pendant, not cut-out like many others which tends to accentuate the complexity of the later modified Tetragrammaton.s

An oxidized treatment of the silver adds an antique-like effect which combined with the raised detailing gives it a dramatic aged look.
