This stately ring bears the valknut symbol, which today signifies strength and courage.

The valknut is set within a round frame and raised against a darkened or oxidized background to make it stand out. Flanking the symbol on either side is an extended Celtic knot, also set against a dark background. As the ring tapers from the tall front to the narrower band in back, the knots taper with it, ending about halfway around the ring.

The interior surface of the ring is smooth and polished for comfort.
